Beginning is not the same as origin. The beginning is the birth, in this case, of the Revêrie 3 project. This took place in the Varias Impressors workshop, a hot summer week. On the other hand, origin has to do with the reasons, the causes that carried it out.
Let us stop, to ask ourselves a very important question, how many of the ideas that come to mind have only remained on paper? And yet, for an idea to end up exclusively on paper, far from being considered a failure, was the goal of UPM Raflatac with its Revêrie 3 collection of paper for wine, spirits and beverage labels. A selection thought for the concept of circularity, based on the use of recycled fibers and with the aim of seducing designers and users.
The new collection was entrusted to five leading Spanish designers, who make the concept and technique a sign of differentiating identity, and in this project, demonstrate that sustainability and design can go hand in hand.
And after this the impression. Technical managers, colourists, preparers and machinists, all in perfect synchrony to transfer each proposal to paper, uniting technical knowledge with management. The result is evident, 5 unique, original proposals that allow you to perfectly visualize the possibilities of the Revêrie 3 collection.
An idea that began in the will of a paper manufacturer, which then passed to the imagination of a creative, and then to the capabilities of a printer who manages to turn paper into a label. These are the ideas that manage to impact the way we feel about our trade.
